Mel Goodwin is a genderqueer-identified queer activist who currently resides in Las Vegas, Nevada. Mel is an undergraduate student in the School of Social Work at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and works full-time at The Gay & Lesbian Community Center of Southern Nevada where they oversee youth, transgender and volunteer services. Mel is passionate about grassroots activism, community organizing , social media, public speaking and fundraising for non-profit organizations.
